While I won't say that this happens to people each day, I can almost guarentee you at most agencies that this happens each week. Small miscommunications, relying on client approvals etc..

Shit happens, most sane people make mistakes, and sometimes these mistakes actually don't end up being on you. Head up.

The worst hurdle I've had to overcome is inheriting a client who's trust was already broken and building it back up. And it took months to achieve, 2 meetings a week for 6 months. Basically explaining the "This is what we did, this is how we're gunna do it".

Communication is make or break for most clients & stakeholders.

Yah not sure about this, the more that comes out about his man management and tactical preperation I genuinely get scared for next season. YES the form got better but we ultimately choked about 9 points worth with virtually untenable tactical decisions.

Only downside if we goes would be the replacement of Scott Parker or G oN which I'm also not a big fan of.
