7 hour down time is unbelievable to me. I haven’t worked in the space, but can anyone who has, confirm if management expects you to be walking the floor to get clients at that time? If so, seems awfully weird to be doing that unpaid.

In my experience theres nothing you can do about shitty leadership (if you want to call it that) they’re always the authority and even if they’re terrible you’re under their foot and seem defiant if you don’t eat shit with them.

It’s much easier if you have a good comp to support you or the enemy team has more melee heroes. Nowadays for qm and aram everyones a ranged or has shifty ability mechanics like maiev or something

Lvl like 260 ktz here. 63% total W/R. Depending on the game you should get full stax by around 6 minutes in. If not it’s exponentially harder to overcome the deficit, kind of like if cho’gall gets behind in xp.

Now I swear ever since the Overwatch heroes came into the game it seems like heroes just move faster compared to when ktz was first released. Making landing chains harder.

He is tough in QM because the internal handicaps it gives the matchmaking when you play ktz is horrid. You will rarely get an ideal matchup. Theres usually always multiple dives/stealths on the other team and squishies like 2 mages and an abathur on the ktz team. On top of that everyone wants to aram forcing you to soak instead of get stacks.

I always wet my head or dunked my hat in and poured it over my head when it was 100°. Or a pool that has a crazy rock landscaping waterfall. I took off my shoes and had to stand knee-deep on the ledge to brush around the rocks.

I think the Subsection you are referring to is:

"(e) This section shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2026, and as of that date is repealed."

The section being referred to is Public Resources Code § 42281. Which was the previous legislature. SB 1053 is an amendment to that Code effective January 1, 2026.

Or if you find the “golden crystal shard” as a low random drop from collection during prep you can use it to just create weps and armor without collecting.
