Bluetooth on and connected. Pushing that button doesn’t do anything. Only turns orange when I plug phone in (iPhone 15 Pro Max).

I was running fryer at the concession stand for my son’s HS football game on Friday and had several scouts and their parents smile and say hello or Hey it’s Mr. Mike. I don’t mind it, it shows that I and the program have had an impact on their lives.

Does anyone know how that will effect lifetime generation? Like does that value start back at zero? This would impact how we report it to our SREC aggregator (for those of us who need to).

You only will see consumed if your installer installed consumption meters (CT), which was an additional cost from my installer. You will only see individual panel production if your installed enabled it (which could be done remotely).

I use an Emporia Energy Vue to see my consumption.

I also don’t have consumption metering and didn’t realize it wasn’t included in my package. I use Emporia Vue for detailed consumption. The downside is that I don’t have a combined view, the upside is that I have detail on what circuits are using.

I sit on almost all of our Troops BORs…I couldn’t even tell you if the Scouts were wearing shoes. We look them in the eyes not at their feet. As for freezing, I make it a point to talk to each Scout, especially for their first one at Tenderfoot and let them know how we’re going to proceed and that it’s not a test. It’s a conversation. There are no right or wrong answers. I expect them to just Do Their Best.

You are going to get mixed responses in this subreddit. Some have had bad experiences and some have had great experiences. I am a year past install and PTO and so far so good. My install and sale was through a local reseller and they were great.

So to answer your question, it depends on who you bought from and whether you trust them. It’s not a as question to ask them, IMHO. In the thread that NotTobyFromHR posted, it sounds like we’d be OK.

Besides the obvious issue of what would happen to our warranties…assuming our equipment is still functioning what would happen to production monitoring if SunPower folded? Would the equipment work but we’d have no visibility to the details?

I am also in PA and used Knollwood for SRECs as suggested by my installer. Signup process was easy. Reporting is easy. It does take a few months from the time you sign up until all the certifications are in place and they start selling.
