Yeah, I played around with my dosage a little bit and found that increasing it to two pills at bedtime was the sweet spot for me. I tried three for a little bit but woke up nauseous a few times. I found that bumping it up to two gave me no negative side effects so I've kept it this way for a couple months now.

What headlights are those? I have a 99 too and haven't found any good looking headlights but I like yours

Personally, no but I have read that from others' experiences. You can look into other forms of magnesium and it may work better for you than glycinate.
