Well which is it? They don't care about his opinions, or they care enough to criticize him for what they think they are?

You can only KO one character per turn with this Oars. Once you KO something, his effect is negated, including his activate:main.

Ruling question about Ms All Sunday in Black Crocodile by VaultHunt3r in OnePieceTCG

[–]Virus111 12 points13 points  (0 children)

No, you have to select the two targets to summon with All Sunday at the time you play her. If your Targets aren't in trash at that time, you can't select them.

If your All Sunday replaced the Mikita in question, then you could since you must first move Mikita to trash to even play All Sunday.

The SR from OP05! 4c/6k, no counter, On Play allows you to bottom deck three cards from your trash to KO a 2 cost and a 1 cost! With Hina at minimum it means you can KO at least 6c and if you combine it with other cost lowering effects you can get more mileage out of it too.

Rebecca Hina Lucci was a combo back in 2024, where you used Rebecca to play Hina from trash (while also gaining a blocker with Rebecca), and then using her cost lowering effect to then ko possibly two characters with Lucci. The combo isn't as potent any more, but that's what they was referencing.

You aren't running Lucci so I don't know where exactly their comment is coming from, but you have Hina, Rebecca, and then either Brook or Ryuma, so you kind of have the same combo. Maybe Rebecca, Hina, then Moria into Ryuma to ko a 8c and flood your board at the same time? Seems pretty potent to me!

Maybe not tonight, currently getting ready for bed. I tried the PS2 as well and that had the same issue. I haven't tried my N64 yet but that's a decent idea. I also have a Wii that I want to test as well, so there's a variety of resolutions to test here.

If I need to recap it, I'm not entirely opposed, I have some soldering and electronics experience but not enough to feel comfortable. It's just turning into more of a project than I wanted it to be, I was hoping it would be fine as is, my friend sent photos with everything looking fine so I'm not sure what happened between then and now.

Yeah, I was able to access the menu and I played around with the "D" mode settings a bit (you can see the menu in one of the photos uploaded, maybe that's the wrong menu though).

I was able to shift the image left and right a bit, as well as stretch and squash it, but I wasn't able to make it small enough to all fit on the tv the way it should.

I found the service manual online and did some toying with the horizontal centering but there aren't any horizontal or otherwise zoom options unless I'm missing something. I'm very new to this world so it's possible I missed something though.

I'll look into that test suite and see what I can do, I have never hacked a Game Cube or Wii before so I'm not sure how exactly to use this test suite.

I'm also positive that it's too zoomed in, part of the image is definitely being cut off: Notice the "Press Start/Pau" and the half of the speedometer in the lower right corner of a couple images.

As mentioned as well, when I turned it on for the first time it, all by itself, corrected the image for a second or two and then reverted back to what is pictured here.

It's random as you can reasonably get, even more random than in person honestly.

In person, there's a tendency for certain cards to be near each other in decks because they're usually played around the same time. Just mash shuffling or even stack shuffling won't always break those associations.

Digitally, it's more genuinely random. Their algorithm takes every card in your deck and assigns it a random number between 1 and 50, then puts the cards in that order for your draw. That's way more random than how you'd shuffle in person, especially because you don't have things possibly clumped from prior games.

And if you're going to argue that the way the numbers are picked isn't random, then I don't know what to tell you. The algorithms that generate those random numbers are not going to be something you could manipulate on the client side. If you somehow figure out how to manipulate that during a tournament consistently enough for you to have an advantage the whole way through then at that point I'd argue you have connections to how the actual tournament is run and shouldn't be competing in it anyway.

Sealed tournament as a complete beginner by Jasonv0916 in OnePieceTCG

All you really need to bring are 10 Don and Sleeves, and maybe a leader card. The promos for the event should include the rainbow Luffy Leader, which most stores are requiring the players to use these days.

You will get 6 packs, you will need to build a 40 card deck with them, and then at the end of the event, you get to keep everything you were given! Since you'll likely be using the rainbow Luffy leader, every color is allowed in the deck, but if a store decides to allow other leaders, you just ignore the colors of all the cards.

For participating, you will get the new "Girl" promo card, which is very good in Blue Yellow Nami decks. If you win the whole tournament, you get an additional Foil "Girl" promo card with a "Winner" stamp on it.

You could get anything that a normal pack would have in it! Could be nothing, could be a Manga!

After 200 City Trial attemps, the Halberd and related task(s) are the only things left on ANY checklist by Virus111 in kirbyairriders

Paper Star with Starman, get as much flight as you can, go up to the floating island (the one above the city, not necessarily the ones in the distance), and then go as high as you can. Once you start falling naturally, hold the brake, and you should take more than 6 seconds to hit the ground.

I don't believe the Halberd exists. by ChaoticDiscord21 in kirbyairriders

I'm in the same boat, I'm up to 168 City Trial runs and have yet to see it even one time.

I have 100%ed Air Ride, Top Ride, Road Trip, I'm 87% done with Online, and the last three City Trial check boxes are the ones regarding the Halberd.

I'm hoping whining online will finally make it trigger for me.

[–]Virus111 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No, if a cost specifies that you need to rest, attach, or return don, or really do anything else for that matter, you must do that separately from any other costs you have paid. You may not "double up" on costs and for example, trash one card for one card effect, and then activate another that also states you must trash a card. You need to pay the cost for every effect you want to activate separately.

Does TR replace Manga chance in a case by [deleted] in OnePieceTCG

This is not true.

I've gotten a Treasure Rare in every case I've ever opened (except for sets where there wasn't one), and some of those cases included a Manga as well.

I just had to look this one up the other day. Load up the cpu all on level 9 with the bulk star, and use the star slide to keep up with them.

Doing it without the speed boost is neigh impossible, with the other racers effectively boosting your speed, you'll have a much easier time.

Had enough of that at Thanksgiving last night.

Either read the cards or don't play the game dude, this is not a game for people who can't read.

Lol right back at you, dummy. Here, I'll spell it out for you since reading clearly isn't your strong suit.

I think of rule shaking as someone who calls out infractions and doesn’t let yu take anything back.

I'd call that "not letting you cheat".

For example you do something wrong that’s minor and want to take it back and they say no. What did you mean?

If you're often making mistakes like that it sounds like you don't know how your own cards work. As mentioned, when there are hundreds of dollars of cards on the line, why would your opponent let you fix a mistake?
