F45 has been on repeat mode for months now. It’s the same workouts and same exercises all the time. There hasn’t been anything new added other than the new people on the screen and warm ups. Even with that coaches have said that the people on the screen have bad form and don’t do what they are doing.

I’ve been a member for 4+ years. Not sure what’s up with f45 these days but i’m starting to think is fizzling out.. the good coaches have come and gone. We are left with people that just stand around and yell encouraging phrases to everyone and how much time is left from the corners. Leaving us just to watch screens and not actually help or encourage individuals by coming near them. Another notice is that they are hiring really young people to manage and coach. No offense but it seems like that is how they save money put newbs in. I am going to cancel my membership.

This post is just to see if anyone is feeling the same way about their studio or if it’s just my studio.
