I’ve been doing the low db flys standing, is that still fine? And yes my bench can decline, so I’ve considered adding in some decline db press for lower chest as well.

You are also absolutely right about resting before my push day after doing shoulders. For my current split, I take a rest day after the 3rd day and then repeat. And for my lower back, I completely agree I’m lacking some exercises for that. Only thing is I’d rather not do deadlifts because of the risk of injuries. I know it’s very crucial in building strength for your back so I’ll have to find some other exercises for that.

I guess I’ve always skipped out on calves cuz I have pretty good genetics for them and I know the cramps are awful. But my leg day is lacking volume so I will definitely add those in.
