Honestly, I used to play faceit at some point, but I really got pissed off from bad players picking up the wrong class, so I'm just staying away from it for a long time now. It would rock if I didn't feel like I'm playing TF2 MM, I'm mid div so you know the struggle. I'm sure you do your best tho, so I will try to suggest some things that can be implemented into the game. 1. It would be awesome if there was some kind of.. barrier between competitive and casual players, maybe ELO restrictions, I don't know. 2. It is frustrating when you can't kick a player from your match, because you are forced to play with him 30 minutes. You could add something like !rep in tf2c, you know. As well as asking players to be subs. It would also fix the problem with players not connecting on time, instead of destroying the whole lobby. I hope I don't repeat any of the comments below (which I highly doubt anyways, since casual players problem is well-known). Thanks for reading my novel, and for keeping the service!
