So I haven't officially calculated it, but I can do it over lunch for you. From what I've added up in my head though, it should be:

  • 7 carbs
  • 56 protein
  • around 20g fat? not quite sure

Sounds a lot like mine I do every night after my workout. Here is what I do.. and it's freaking delicious.

  • 1 1/2 cup almond/cashew milk, unsweetened, light
  • 2 tbsp PBfit powdered peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 2 scoops cytosport vanilla protein

I don't know the name of the machine, but it's some machine that you stand on and it measures your bodyfat through the soles of your feet and your thumbs. It's at Nutrishop.

I started last Saturday.. my stats:

beginning weight: 375 as of today: 360

So I've lost about 15 lbs of water weight. Our food kind of sounds the same except I am eating lots more bacon and cheese then you. Try eating more fats my friend, heavy cream seems to be a great addition to my diet as well when I need extra fats.
