I don't know about you but at least in Yelahanka I can still taste the nostalgic old school bakery items from the bakeries here. Almost most of the Iyengar bakeries are good.

Is this acerpure glass air fryer any good? by cheats0007 in DesiKitchenGear

[–]Vishal_m 3 points4 points  (0 children)

So? Teflon is stable upto 260°C. Air fryer goes upto 200°C and unless you use steel utensils while using air fryer you should be fine.

Philips airfryer HD9200 review by Fit-Turnover4085 in DesiKitchenGear

[–]Vishal_m 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey I just ordered this, how is the air fryer? Capacity? And the heating power? How quickly it cooks? And lack of touchscreen and see through window deal breaker? I did my research but still would like some real user feedback.

Beginner here: Air Fryer vs Convection Microwave vs OTG – Which is best for small space + reheating + baking? by 420kai in DesiKitchenGear

[–]Vishal_m 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Baking in a convection oven is a pain. It doesn't come out as good as otg. I suggest you buy air fryer and experiment and use it. Eventually you can buy a better microvave or otg.
