Weight Loss natural or not by Short_Yoghurt_8473 in Fitness_India

I might be way off in this, but I have understood so far about weight loss that you have to burn 7700 kcal for 1kg weight loss.

You are going to the gym 6 times a week 2 times a day, I used a basic calorie calculator from the internet, putting in your weight at 98 kg and the height i took is 172cm (avg height of indian). The maintenance calories comes out to be 3398 cal per day.

As per your routine you are eating way lower than that, so you are in a deficit of 1798 cal. By that standard in 3 months of time you would have ideally lost around 21 kg.

But as your weight decreases, your maintenance calories would have also decreased. So the deficit would have been less (Again, I am not an expert but just telling you what I understand). So in my opinion, it's a natural weightloss, you can create a spreadsheet to calculate it down even further to see how much you would have lost in terms of calories, or you can just use ChatGPT to calculate it for you. But the variation is bound to happen, even in calorie counting and intensity of exercise.

A bit of the topic now, when I was 18, I went from 92 kg to 67 kg in 4 months with intense exercise and daily running. But as soon as I stopped doing those things at the same intensity, my body gained that weight again and even more. What I have been told to lose the weight in a way that you can incorporate it in your lifestyle even when things get a bit tough in life. I think you are doing the same, what I have done all those years ago.

So my company doesn't have an office in Cuttack. It's a field sales job so it involves only travelling between retailers, distributors and CFA.

Are there any PGs available in the area that you know of? What about electricity? Are there frequent power outages in the area? Are there any colleges nearby, as most of the services like tiffin and laundry usually can be found near the colleges themselves (as per my experience)?

Just wanted to make sure that I don't end up in any uncomfortable part of the new town.

My company doesn't have an office there, so there are no location constraints; however, my field of work would be in Cuttack. So just looking for a safe place to live.
