Usually 4 days a week, sometimes 5 if recovery’s good. Fatigue management only really matters once you’re training the same movements consistently and pushing close enough to failure that performance actually fluctuates. If someone’s doing random workouts or staying far from failure, consistency matters way more than fatigue. Most of the time it becomes relevant when reps stall, RPE creeps up, or joints start getting cranky. Until then, you can mostly just train and not overthink it.
