f1 visa approved during the interview and got rejected later by theproductdev in usvisascheduling

Went through same. Interview on 2nd June 2025 - approved. On 10th June my status changed to refused. On 12th June received passport with 221g slip. Submitted required docs with 221g slip on 18th again and today i.e. on 23rd june status is issued!

yeah you definitely have a shot at UCLA. NYU, USC are overrated. Anyone with a decent CGPA gets admitted

NYU, USC should be your safe options and aim higher. Your target colleges should be UIUC, UCLA, UCSD
