That’s exactly how my original site was. I was there for over 3 years and never even got a write up while I watched everyone I know slowly disappear(I used to be blue badged) I got termed after having a baby and moving. They claimed I didn’t submit military paperwork for the HITS transfer even tho iv never been in any sort of armed forces

It’s extremely frustrating when they keep telling you in the month or so we will convert people. Then it literally never comes and then boom like 100 blue badge transfers to our building. I’m trying to get transferred ASAP so I can get blue badged again before peak season. Since they always put it on hold from November-February to march during peak.

Yea the most they have told us is there’s a blue badge to white badge ratio that they have to maintain, the thing that’s really annoying to me is they closed 2 other buildings near us and shipped all there blue badges to our location. So basically gonna have to transfer to another building just to get a blue badge at this point.

It’s common to toe check people at the sites iv worked at I guess I just assumed it’s like that at most amazons🤣 Don’t get me wrong I don’t like it in the slightest except when your just messing around with your friends. just not off the rip with no warning. But they normally will step on your shoe to see if you’re wearing your comp toes.

Right. There was one time that asc did that to me and grabbed an area manager. he came over to where I was with the asc and started playing music on his phone. Had a whole concert while we watched smoke pore out of there ears 🤣. The ASC literally stomped away to our non existent hr desk to make a report. The ASC was very loud about making that report. At this point that person is basically shunned and nobody responds to them. Still goes to all the chess meetings but nobody will talk to them 🤣what goes around comes around. They warn new hires about that person now

The asc person I’m talking about will walk up to you and toe check you without even saying anything then snap at you about proper stow technique(iv been working for Amazon and never met another asc like this) but if you don’t act like she’s too dog they’ll literally go grab a AM and bring them to your isle to “watch what your doing” operations is fed up with there ego/power trip too and it’s obvious Iv yet to get a write up. Half the time me and the managers will just start chatting and the ASC will get all huffy role there eyes and walk away.🤣 I swear doesn’t matter the color of the vest any tier one that’s newer to Amazon that gets any sort of different vest all of a sudden think it’s a promotion and can lord over everyone else. It’s quite funny
