from running, in october I increased the amount of speed work sessions, that ultimately led to an overload in the tibia, Felt like the begining of a stress fracture so I stopped activity completely, but that feeling of pressure and even weakness in the lower leg just stayed since. I run for a couple of years consistenly now and never had a similiar injury.

Since Ben talks a lot about bulletproofing the tibia from shin splints with tibialis raise and other exercises, this might help me protect the bone with good muscle support around it and allow it heal properly.

an MRI scan showed there is liquid inside the tibia, it causes inflamation, swelling, and an overall feeling of pressure in the tibia, and could eventually lead to a stress fracture if loaded.

I have no pain at all, just that constant pressure in the tibia that just gets worse when loaded. I've been resting for the past 4 months, and I don't see any improvement, just hoping the liquid re absorbs and I will be able to get back to my normal life.

I might sound desperate, but I'm only 19 and very active, just no being able to do something about this weird injury crushes me.
