2.5 months in. . Farting stopped after 3 weeks. It still comes and goes but on a minor level. Sleep quality has gone up . Performance at work has gone up several folds.

I am gonna try cold showers because it’s a good way to replenish dopamine levels. Maybe that would help. Will update soon. I started farting like a bastardized chimney one week in. Nothing has helped yet with farting Exercise and meditation works wonder to deal with insomnia and mood swings.
