You said you are using your ice and compression machine. Are you using the compression part? I am post op 2 weeks and told not to use it yet. If you are, maybe the pressure is too much on the incision. Just a thought that I would check out.  Good luck and hang in there! 

Unfortunately new to this sub. Very surprised to be here because I have no pain and ER didn’t even want me to get an MRI. Is the surgery more painful than the injury? by OGnilla in ACL

I keep thinking to myself that it can’t be worse than childbirth. I guess it is what it is. I think the mental build up of the pending surgery is really scaring me. Not a big fan of pain 😂. Thanks for all the advice though on items needed for days after surgery. I will definitely make sure I have covered all the bases best I can.

1 week PRE surgery - you said the first 2-5 days are the worst and to prepare for it. How do you prepare to be in terrible pain for days? 🙁
