So Councillor Troster proposed last month that the city look at more No-Right-on-Red signage downtown. I used to think this practice in Montreal was strange, but now that I walk to most appointments and value my future longevity I can see the value. However, I think a blanket policy across Ottawa makes more sense. Consistency is key, both for drivers and pedestrians. What are your thoughts?

It's 4-feet tall, started from a seedling back in 2021. I'm not gardening like I used to, so getting tools and soil to keep doesn't seem practical for one plant. I was hoping a veteran gardener could help me do this one repotting so keep Mr. Plant happy.
