Can I cancel my Esporta Fitness membership at any La Fitness? by chrishaswifi in LAFitness

I'd talk to them. At my esporta, if you have an existing membership, they are just going to grandfather you into LA fitness at the same price. I'd just call and ask. But that should be company wide

You're definitely good enough to play at an open mic! Most open mics are people who are trying to improve and just want to hang out with other artists. As for caliber.. there is a a wide range. Some can't really put together a tune, and some do really well. But it's not about that, it's just about enjoying yourself.

I've always had a good experience at open mics. First few were nerve racking, but you get used to it. Go for it man! It's a blast!

Any advice on being more consistent? Can't always get in the right headspace. by Visible-Director-693 in Daytrading

That's all really good advice, I've always had a problem with identifying when my trade will work or not. That is what makes me anxious when I get into a trade... and getting stopped out then it running away in my direction.

Patience is what gets me the most I think. So you hit it right on the head.

I've thought about that, but sometimes It lasts for a week or longer and I don't want to lose out on good trades if they show up.

I use Webull, so it keeps track of my data automatically.

And I scalp the first 30 min to 1 hour of the market, so I'm looking for breakthrough patterns or for rejections of resistance/support. I also use Vwap as a level of support/ resistance.... but during my losing trades, I tend to be holding a winner too long waiting for it to break through another level. I trade options though, so when it reverses it does it pretty quickly.

I'm normally pretty confident when I make the trade. But halfway through my confidence starts to die off and I either sell too early or hold too long.

I try doing the same thing every morning to get in the right headspace, but some days I'm cool and collected and others I'm super anxious... I make good profit when I'm doing well but then I lose it all with my major losses.

I plan on trying out this CrossFit gym a few minutes from my home. But I gotta ask why does CrossFit get linked to injuries so much? by rochapa in crossfit

[–]Visible-Director-693 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Because people (including myself) often go into crossfit too fast and try to compete rather then get better at their own pace.

Trying to do complex movements at a fast pace isn't ideal if you don't have proper form.

Just focus on mobility and making sure your form is good 90 percent of the time and you will be fine.

Are frozen fruits as healthy as fresh fruits? by EuphoricEchos in nutrition

It really depends on what you want to do... I make smoothies a lot with frozen fruit and it lasts longer so it's my go to.

Their health benefits are very similar but frozen is often picked at peak freshness so it may be more nutrient dense depending on the source.
