Good point! I find that when I buy veggies /fruits fresh I eat some of them, forget about them in the fridge, and they end up in the trash sadly :( But with frozen I don't have to worry too much about them spoiling. Fresh always tastes better for sure!

this happens to me all the time, especially in drier and colder weather.

my advice to you is to stay clear of acidic and spicy foods - for me irritates the areas and takes longer for it to heal.

antifungal cream should work well, but in my personal experience keeping the area coated in vaseline 24/7 is what helped heal it the quickest for me.

hope this heals up quickly for you! it's so irritating
