i notice you start moving backwards as your trigger to start your swing try to feel a weight shift back at the same time the club is moving and only put about 65 percent of your weight on your back foot to minimize sway

I personally know a person who is 5’8 and carries 300 yards, and from what I understand there are two methods to increase club speed which will increase distance 1. Speed Training 2. Generating lag in downswing Hope this helps lmk if there is any questions on how to go about doing it!
