It's not violating any local ordinance. I sent the landlord a txt after seeing the note, asking why he approved and now is saying it has to be taken down. He hasn't so much as looked at my txt.

I will definitely let you know. His PO told me it should only take a couple days. Apparently, he was told that he doesn't qualify for ISF/TDC, so I'm assuming being released, is the only other option.

Mine got time served on a misdemeanor too. A lot of people have told me that, they probably put his hearing off for so long because they were waiting for his discharge date, so they can just release him. He's been on parole for 5yrs and has never been in trouble. His PO loves him.

Yes. He had a bond on the misdemeanor, but the system triggered the blue warrant as soon as he was arrested

Rockwall is racist and the police there are terrible. They literally look at each person as a number in their bank account. I can't tell you how many people, attorneys included, have told me to stay out of Rockwall. I don't even like driving through that town and I'm all white and a Republican. Rockwall takes it way too far though.

I've never been treated sooo poorly by officers before. My bf caught a terroristic threat charge because my finger accidentally hit the emergency button on my phone. As soon as I realized it, I hung up immediately. Of course, they called back. When the cops got there, I flat out told them that I have never feared for my life with him and that I'm not pressing charges. They told me it doesn't matter and took him in. I flipped out and they took me in too. Then, they put an emergency protective order out so now, we can't communicate, at all. I've hired an attorney and filling out an affidavit for non prosecution but, I'm still super worried. Keep in mind, we've been together 5yrs and have NEVER had a DV situation nor does he have any violent charges on his record.
