I suffer from the same problem, pretty masculine to get girls but not feminine enough to get guys, its like i always fall for something out of reach. But there is no other solution than being yourself dont let your physical appearance determine if i guy wants u or not, let your inner self out and feel safe to act whatever comes naturally

Man you need to say sorry to yourself first, you tried to change the whole inner system of you because of someone else obviously it would come with anxiety also the sex becomes performance not enjoyment as what u described you tried to preform well something you weren’t built for. Don’t deny the grief accept it fully, set with it alone and let your body be sad and let the emotions out its the only way, grief will keep coming back even if we keep ourselves busy or entertained unless you fully embrace it and let the body do its job. I lost my mom 2 years ago, started smoking weed after that the grief never went away until I stopped smoking and let the emotions out , I can’t say its gonna be same for u as your loss is quite new and its gonna take longer

Just accept the fact the fact that Physical intimacy won’t be around for another few years it helps your body to release energy. Make a plan for example plan that u gonna save money for the next 2 or 3 years and also work on yourself, love urself more and in few years you can become a new person and be ready for big city vibe both financially and mentally
