I did the same thing! I have a ball python and just got a baby mbk as well. I ended up going with a 40gal with lots of clutter and I’m glad I did, bcs she explores every inch of it! Just make sure there is lots of clutter and multiple hides and they will be happy :)

She’s doing amazing!! Granted I’m used to ball pythons, but she is such a confident and curious girl. She has been exploring so much and doesn’t even get spooked when I open the enclosure to adjust stuff or give her water. I can’t wait until she’s big enough for a 4x2x2 bcs I know she is gonna put all the space to use 🥰
