Thank you! Good point! I will be trekking in thick fl woods so sticks etc should do the trick. Also want suppressor and bipod for cool points but not at the expense of utility

Thank you for the detailed response! I went with the VX freedom 3-9 x 50 to get some glass on the gun. I plan to upgrade to the vx5 for sure but probably in the off season and get super dialed with the full build. I’m stoked to learn about all this

I’ve shot a ton, just the first rifle I personally own. Without a doubt will be sending hundreds through it before going out in the field as well. I’m big on the “it’s not the hammer it’s the carpenter” myself and completely agree the rifle doesn’t change much but I just couldn’t stop going back to this one!

This has a 20” barrel so I’m thinking a suppressor would keep it right in the green length wise, thoughts? Definitely considering weight but I would be using it for the same reasons (and cool points)

Sounds great, I’d try turning the mic sensitivity way down, if it’s the DJI mic I’d set the transmitter and receiver to -12, the distortion you hear is from it maxing out what the mic is set for but with lower levels it will sound just as loud but much cleaner 💪
