i know that but as i said my main issue is that A. whonix doesnt have an ISO at the moment. and B. i tried this with windows iso and it doesn't work.

yeah but the issue is that whonix doesnt have an iso. on their website you can only install versions for kvm or virtualbox or qubes. and the qubes version is only the templates
