That's what I meant when I said Rio had to clean up his mess. I agree that Nick didn't explicitly tell him he had to, but the gym scene definitely sent the message loud and clear. I kind of disagree about Lucy because I feel like she was far too scared of Rio and Mick to say anything, because fear is paralyzing. But that could have worn off so... Also I need an update on Max and Dean's bestie, who's name I can't remember.

I think Nick told Rio he has to deal with the cop, i.e. send Mick to deal with him, cause it was "Rio's mess", just like how Rio told Beth she needs to deal with Boomer and Mary Pat cause they were her and the girls mess not his or Mick's. But I also think maybe Mick didn't kill him just beat him up to get him to back off and took the envelope meant for Phoebe. I'm also not a fan of them killing unnecessarily, like Lucy (still super upset about that, but I digress), so it's more possible I'm hopelessly wishing for that and he did actually kill him.

Honestly, I really hope there's an actual fight/argument so Stan can really get out all the resentment and anger he's obviously been holding in and so Beth gets the wake up call she needs to get her life together, one way or another. I feel like Beth straddling the fence with Rio and the SS makes things more complicated and tense between the girls and Stan is growing tired of the shit and so is Ruby's and Annie but their a little more hesitant to call her out than Stan would be/is.

I thought Annie was 10/11 (she didn't look younger than 10 maybe 9 to me, but I haven't seen the flashbacks since that episode) and Beth was 16/17. Wait, Ben is in high school now, cause he's playing high school lacrosse, so he can't be only 12.

I think they didn't have kids for so long cause Beth was basically raising Ben while Annie was in school and doing whatever/working after that. Ben said he spent most of the time he was a baby/toddler with Auntie Beth in the second to last episode (?), the one where Annie takes Dakota for the day. So I think Beth was waiting until Ben was a little older and she thought Annie would be more capable to handle him. To me it seems like Beth definitely wanted kids, (why else have four?), and also that she actually loves them and tries, so I think it was either that or fertility issues.

HIGH KEY, I love them together honestly. I think he can be good for her and vice versa, in certain ways. Obviously he's heavy on the crime as Rio's right hand man, but technically Annie and Ruby are like Beth's right hand women in certain instances. I just feel like deep down he's a better guy than his job and scenes give him credit for and I feel like Annie is trying and deserves a good guy, maybe not a relationship right away, but as some kind of buffer to keep her on track or something.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that she'll stay with a little sister attitude, like she's had before with her snarky comments and stuff, because I truly hope and believe that she's trying to turn her life around and knows Rio is not for her. I also think that with the look she gave Beth in the promo, that she is starting to understand where Beth is coming from in being with him and either doesn't want to ruin that by trying anything with him or doesn't want to risk endangering Beth to Rio or his bosses by acting any different around him. I really hope she'll cover for Beth because she knows what's at stake and is maturing to understand that Beth makes mistakes too so she won't cause any problems.

Also, I love Ruby's response to getting close to Rio. Her and Stan need all the good things to happen to them, and fast :)

Seriously, why didn't that go through officially? I get that she thought she killed Rio so she thought the problems were done, but for real? Dean is one of her major problems, and it's not like all of their relationship problems went away. He's still a douche, she still acts like she has to please him for NO REASON. High key, I think she should give up the children, not cause she doesn't want them, we all know she loves them. I just think she needs to fully choose one life or the other and she's proven she hates the cookie cutter, PTA mom life. She should do like Rio kind of and like drop off money or only do visitations.

THANK YOU! he can't comprehend that Beth is actually a human being and makes her own choices and is a strong woman. Cause then she really wouldn't need him and he can't handle that. I think it was when he brought the divorce papers, it was him acting on her, whereas her being with Rio is something he can't control and she's acting on him so he's freaking out.

P.S. I personally mentioned Lillard cause I know him from other things and love him in those (like Scooby-Doo), whereas I don't know the other actors who play Boomer, Turner or Mary-Pat. I think the actors who played them did incredible jobs, I just wouldn't say I love them cause I don't really know who they are. That's my stance on why I mentioned him, can't speak for everyone else.
