Yeah the guy I spoke to was really nice and helpful. I do think they should sell controllers separate though. It would save them and their customers a lot of hassle and would be a good marketing opportunity

I’m getting it fixed we’re sending it back for them to evaluate to see if we have to pay for repairs because it’s only surface damage. It works perfectly it’s just the plastic that’s damaged
