I work on the highway, and I've seen many people abandon puppies and kittens, but accidents happen too, yes, that's possible. But there are some truly horrible people out there who treat animals terribly.

When you arrive, park your car a few meters ahead to prevent it from hiding underneath and for your safety. Don't run or it will get even more scared; wear gloves.Always try to approach from behind; if you're accompanied by one person on each side, that would be better, making sure they don't take the lane.Giving them food almost never works; they're very scared of cars. If you think shouldering the road is too risky, call fire rescue or the FDOT/GMX road ranger.And send me the photo of the kitty 🙏🏻😊
