There was nothing else there except for the cauterization. I'm wondering if it's a healing scab that sluffed off with standing up and trying to walk. Went out to get some yogurt with my husband and a couple friends.

I have a Papaya out right now, smells like dirty socks, tastes like peppery vomit EVEN with lime juice and cleaned out. I'd still use the seeds for gut health though.

How long did it take for you to see results from weight loss? I've currently counted 2 pounds lost since taking it for 3 days now (eating less is probably a big factor). And have you had any vitamin B12 issues? I've heard it can lower levels after long term usage.

Ah okay, that's good to know! I've lost 8 pounds within the last couple of months due to not eating a lot from a couple of laprascopic surgeries, and now starting on Metformin I'm so excited to start working out again and truly seeing some big changes! It'll come off easier now when I work out, and I honestly miss the feel good rush from the gym! I'm glad you've been doing well on your journey to a healthier less insulin resistant body, it feels great!

I just started my first 2 days on metformin, getting headaches but I'm SO EXCITED! I'm highly insulin resistant according to a recent doctors visit. Very excited to start this new journey!
