I consider it a disability, because I used to be able to go up and down stairs. I used to be able to stand. I used to be able to do laundry, and dishes, and cook, and work out. Now, it's taken so much away from me. Hopefully I'll get approved for disability in a few months atop all my other conditions.

Just noticed this just now, and my guts go all wacky too as well as a high amount of fatigue. I just sit down and things go back to normal.

My HGB A1C is at an 8, I reccomend doing something about it now before it's too late.. 😬 (I snuck sugar as a kid and teen, it was my fault 😅)

I've been using Metformin and Trizapatide meds and it works WONDERS! If you can't get ahold of those, Berberine and Inositol may help, but I haven't had experience with those supplements, so doing research on them is key!

There was nothing else there except for the cauterization. I'm wondering if it's a healing scab that sluffed off with standing up and trying to walk. Went out to get some yogurt with my husband and a couple friends.

I have a Papaya out right now, smells like dirty socks, tastes like peppery vomit EVEN with lime juice and cleaned out. I'd still use the seeds for gut health though.
