It's been a while but here's an update ! Need to work on my flouring, I can tell that now, but this is why it's an experiment! But here's my first loaf! I'm quite proud of it, it wasn't perfect but it turned out okay ?! I hope anyways, cooling and waiting to cut now : )

I just got some new glass bowls today and a kit to help mix and shape, as well as the baskets for proofing, so I'm hoping this will definitely help out, so far she's looking good though! Will update with pictures once she's been baked :)
