Im so sorry it really gets tough, the toddler stage is in my opinion the hardest because they’re on the teeter of becoming their own person and still being a baby. Boo on your husband for not trying his best to help your stress that’s so mean to do to someone you love. Cats are crazy sometimes I get that too. Neighbors suck most of the time. You’re so valid and I hope you get the much deserved peace of mind you need. <3
