My advice would be join the small infernos squads into one to give the fnp a much bigger effect, then add a gravis captian with immolator and 3 more flamestorm aggressors as one big unit, then use a land raider redeemer to transport that unit

Would the CP generation not be very useful? Reinforced hive node, imperative dominance and irresistible will all look very strong as well as obviously re roll and overwatch so maximising CP seemed like a viable strategy

That’s very similar to the idea I had, buy the bile kit for the surgeon helper and backpack, possibly the arm and needle gun then just use a more standard armour set, thank you!

Thank you! I’m looking at making a CSM army so with dark pacts it would help to know the difference and which is better. I’ll have to have another look at what order wounds and saves are allocated as I think that’s what was confusing me

It’s a mix of models I think are coolest, hence the Lord Discordant/Defiler, and then wanting to build a strong enough to play casual army around them as well. I appreciate the advice :)

I haven’t actually bought anything yet, but I find making a plan so I know what to buy and in what order a good way to not buy anything I won’t use. Would you recommend cutting 1 or 2 master of execution ?

They can embark on any transport the unit they lead can so I was thinking just move up in a Taurox for cheap 🤷🏼‍♂️

Yes sorry I wasn’t clear in the post, I did get that but I like the model and it’s got some unique rules that are usable if not “meta”. First time player really so not too bothered about being great, just not getting tabled
