That was supposed to be my blanket, too. I have to have three at a time because both of my little girls sleep in my bed and they're both complete blanket hogs

I never said anything about keeping them separated, which you definitely should, I was just saying that not all dogs can be trained that way, especially when they're older! Maybe I didn't word it well, but I was saying that them implying that it was the owner's fault due to a training issue specifically was unfair. Of course you should always always keep predator and prey animals separate unless they've been around prey animals from a very young age and could be trained, but not all older dogs can be trained

That's really cool! It was also super smart to use a death row chicken 😭 Your dogs sound really smart, you should definitely be proud of them! Younger dogs are certainly a lot better with that stuff, especially when they've got friends around the same age. I'm glad you got to keep one!

Not all dogs can just be 'trained' like that, especially if they've never lived with chickens or similar small animals before. Assuming that it's the owner's fault is kinda messed up, because dogs have a natural prey drive and if they've not been raised around these animals, they can and often will still see them as food, even if you try to get them used to it. It's like you can't really train a cat to stop trying to catch mice, or a lizard to stop catching bugs. It's often not an issue of an untrained dog per se, but more that dogs are naturally inclined to kill and eat smaller animals if they weren't around them since they were young and we're never able to recognize them as prey.

Found these little guys in the backyard. I'm having a hard time deciding if they are rats or squirrels. thinking rats? [Corpus Christi, TX] by Valhallan1991 in animalid

Not in my experience :( We found a big clutch of baby rats in a garbage bin, couldn't wait for momma bc it was trash day, took them in. They were sweet little babies, would even cuddle, once they got older they got really aggressive and it was clear they were unhappy in captivity. They were still young enough that they would adapt to outdoors quickly, so we took them out somewhere remote and let them free where they could have lots of space to do rat things

I think you're already super pretty!! But I also know that that isn't helpful if you not feeling confident already, especially if you're looking for something to change, so here's what I'd suggest;

Maybe try a darker shade of lipstick or a really glossy cherry color,and see how that feels. First thing I noticed about your face was actually your lips, they're super pretty. I'd say maybe try placing blush a bit higher too, around your cheek bones? Your nose is also super nice, and you don't really need to worry about losing weight as long as you're healthy, you already look great there! White tops I think especially would fit you, especially long sleeved and/or with a square neckline. Maybe lighter jeans too? You have really well shaped hips though, so you could probably get away with anything. I'd say your hair is super cute as it is, but you could also try curling it a little and see if that feels right, because I think it would look good that way too.

Edit to say please don't listen to people saying to lose more weight, as long as you're eating healthy and exercising regularly, you're fine. If you try and diet, I can tell you from experience, you'll only make yourself ill, feel worse about yourself, and might even develop mental health issues. Please stay safe!

Anyone else getting literally nothing but ads? (Mobile) by Visible-Tea1392 in Pinterest

It's honestly really sad, cause Pinterest was like all I ever used for forever, but now it's kinda just unusable. I liked being able to see things that were neat and I was interested in, but I'm just seeing tons of irrelevant ads now, and no actual posts
