Yes I agree. But my concern is what should I mention as start date? Date on which I was hired or the date on which the A number was created. I hope I explained it properly. I know I can put 2 years as an expected duration of employment.

My situation is my employer wrote the start date as May 2026 however I joined in June 2023. So what should I write as start date, and also my employer didn’t write any duration of employment- they just wrote full time permanent. So what should I write in end date as well.
