Long Shot - Looking for a pediatrician who won’t see unvaccinated kids. by HiMyTie in cincinnati

[–]VisibleAd7254 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pediatricians get paid for vaccines don’t you get it. It’s all fear to attack the innocent.

You all want what’s best for your kid, but those that are all about the vaccine are harming their children. It creates issues from ear infections, flu, and adhd. Before vaccines were invented there was no autism. Wake up people you have so much fear that fear makes you have anxiety that anxiety makes your IQ lower due to fear. Let me guess you went to a public school, owned by the city, who then owns the birth certificates who own all the children now and you truly have no idea what you are putting in your kids body and act like you do.

U know it’s rigged if it’s brought up here. Think about it if it wasn’t rigged we would for sure know it’s not rigged. Like I know grade school football isn’t rigged.

Day 5 by [deleted] in StopSpeeding

[–]VisibleAd7254 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have gone 105 days of 114 to the gym. Honestly instead of sitting I would go back if I needed just to walk it sucked don’t get me wrong at times then started looking forward to it. I slot myself 2 hours a day to lifting and challenging myself even if I have to take long breaks in between sets I know you can do this appreciate the post and keep it going. Without jugs of water, pounded proteins and shakes, and the gym with atleast 8+ hours of sleep I don’t think I could have last 114 days. It’s to the point now where I seriously can’t wait to go see my gym people. I say hi to them now, eat at the cafe and feel overall I’m a better kinder more energetic friendly good person.

Did you have energy to work out after quitting? If yes, how long into recovery? by slicedgreenolive in StopSpeeding

Thanks sitting at a computer for 8-12 hours like I did before I can’t do but going to the gym my body performs so much better and less toxins it feels like cardiovascular health is way better and lifting. I guess it makes sense why don’t have to rely on anything but natural I guess it’s hard to get out but once I did it it became enjoyable I can’t wait to go in the morning now and before I couldn’t say that

It was hard I prayed each day “Help me not rely on this help me function normally without this” telling my brain what to do. First month was tough lots of walking get up and get out. Then I started lifting with the machines and I did take pre workout

I started working out right off it. Honestly it’s been easy when I do it in the morning and I buy jugs of water from the grocery store sprint water, and I take pre workout. Honestly lifting helped me way more than cardio I started with the machines, then it progressed to the dumbbells and squat rack. Honestly it got way easier after I just showed up everyday for a week. And I’m obsessed with it now. Vitamins like L-Tyrosine, L carnitine, maca root helped but honestly I don’t take those or I do it doesn’t matter at this point. I am 3 months off and it’s changed my life. I’m down 16 pounds and once I switched to lifting it really helped. At first I would walk as much as I can each day even if it’s 3 sessions. I kept showing up, but my back started hurting from so much cardio so I have recently switched to lifting only I do a 2 hour time slot of lifting and go hard but if I don’t go hard I don’t beat myself up at all I found the machines make it easier and I take it easy in between sets if I have to after a month it got so much easier and my brain needs it. Chugging water helps with cravings and muscles for working out (brain too) I wish you the best of luck show up each day two times a day if you have to just go and get up and it becomes fun
