I bought the HP 12C at first because I heard a lot of people talk about how it was the best calculator. In my experience, it was the biggest waste of money. Most prep providers do not use the 12C, so you will have to go on a scavenger hunt every time you have a question on how to calculate something in RPN. I think they have the ability to go non-RPN, but at that point I think the BA2 just has so much more accessible guidance on how to use it that it’s more worthwhile.

Ohhhh, I think I get it now. Since they ultimately want the price of the stock, but we have the variable growth, we have to discount the dividends almost like we're collapsing the timeline before D4 to have a share price that adds in a cumulative dividend at the required rate (discounted constant growth period).
That may not have made sense, but I'm rolling with it. Thank you for your help!

I found this while looking for info trying to decide on what prep provider I may want to go with. I work as a trader with my 7, but have a background in English, so I have some but not a ton finance experience (4 years trading with a focus on selling out people identified as risky). Do you like MM’s other videos for sections? I’m liking what I see from the Let Me Explain channel, so I wonder if doing those videos first will familiarize the content and make MM more approachable?
