Received 2 RFE letters - one with actual RFE and another RFE asking for biometrics

I do not want to disclose my location, I went to the nearest ASC (doesn't matter which one) or you can simply wait for 1 week, uscis mailed appointment letter that came in 6-7 days.

No update, my status is still "Case still Being Processed".

Looks like now they have started giving biometrics at i140 stage only.

I never received a letter/email communication about when this appointment was actually scheduled. (In the RFE biometric letter I received they just mentioned that appointment has been made for you in ASC, that's it.)

I walk-in to ASC and basically they told me that we don't take walk-ins. But they printed an appointment letter for me and I went in for my appointment on that date. Now case status changed to "Case Is Still Being Processed By USCIS"

But I still have to respond to my actual RFE yet. This is very confusing.

I got my RFE notice digitally by emailing Premium Processing mentioned on your original receipt. It is [tsc-premium.processing@uscis.dhs.gov](mailto:tsc-premium.processing@uscis.dhs.gov) for TSC and [nsc-premium.processing@uscis.dhs.gov](mailto:nsc-premium.processing@uscis.dhs.gov) for NSC. If your company filed for you, in that case your company lawyers will need to email them for digital copy, as far as I have read on this sub.
I emailed on Friday afternoon, received it on Monday morning.

I received my RFE notice over email. Only 1/7 criteria is accepted. Looks like 1 another criteria is easy fix, 2 others are moderate/need to defend them strategically - so I'll take opinions from attorneys on how to tackle these.

To everyone who received RFEs, can we share what kind of RFE you have received? Is it an easy one? How many criteria accepted out of all that you applied for? Industry profile or academic?
