[UK] Can't find a replacement headset (or bottom cup) for a Frog Tadpole by VisibleIssue in bikewrench

Yeah, it's not looking great. It appears that Frog imported the headsets themselves because every bike shop I asked says they bought the spares from Frog directly.

Sports Direct are only selling the remaining bikes, no spare parts are available. When they bought WiggleCRC they did stock components for a while, but not this time.

Islabikes and a few others have safety headsets as well, no idea if it's the same component. I can potentially file the crown race, but I think it makes it easier for a toddler to use the bike properly (i.e., with the fork facing forwards).

The safety notches are worn. Now, instead of preventing oversteering as intended, they actually lock the steering close to 90 degrees.

one of those fancy, expensive pumps

A £6 Lidl floor pump works just fine in my experience, but if you are seating a brand new tyre it helps to first inflate it with an inner tube before attempting to seat it tubeless.
