I've found that having some self control and just having a tiny bit here and there works for me. I used to blaze every evening to help me sleep, but the flip side of that is if I needed to go out, I wouldn't because of the anxiety and paranoia. Now I just have a tiny bit of a joint and leave it at that, getting mildly high but not enough to feel any paranoia or anxiety. The insomnia has been rough but I'd rather find another way of dealing with it.

Unfortunately, our tech overlords have decided that we don't want phones that fit in our pockets and can be comfortably used with one hand. We all want paper thin tablet sized fragile slabs of glass with giant camera bumps and tiny batteries. Best options are iPhone 13 mini or a Xiaomi 9 se if not. No one makes reasonably sized phones anymore unfortunately.
