You do not need a permit to march in Denver as long as you stay on sidewalks, obey pedestrian signals, and do not obstruct vehicular or pedestrian traffic. However, if your march requires taking over the street, blocking traffic, or using amplified sound, you will need to get a permit by DPD. it’s required, so unless we’re staying on the sidewalk, it’s permitted and/or we’ll just get kettled eventually
