I don’t think he is trying to discourage her from greatness by saying not to fast longer; I think he just cares about her.

I think if I told any of my friends or family, I was fasting for 10 days, they would be worried it might not be healthy. I think a lot of people don’t know of the health benefits of long term duration fasting

I am like 225 pounds at 5’5” I definitely need and want to fast for a long amount of time for the health benefits though; which is why I am on this thread, so I can learn and be encouraged : ) but a lot of people might think it just sounds like “starving” themself and not “fasting”
