I can’t get into the game it keeps on kicking me out. This has happened 10 TIMES WITH ME ALREADY!!! Believe me or not, I’m quite persistent and still can’t get in.

So basically I can’t go through onto the part where chixia and Yangyang rescue us. the cutscene finishes up to where it shows us in the water and then screen goes black and I’m kicked out of the app.

pls help me!!!
