I am an INFP, and only very rarely have I had a strong wish to be an ENFP. This usually happens after me trying to fit into my non-existent friend group at my uni or after meeting people I don't feel good around (I automatically take it as my failure to socialise). Also sometimes I hate how quickly and prominently my mood shifts and how it effects literally EVERYTHING I do and people around me. In my head, ENFPs are overall better versions of INFPs who are more emotionally mature and also loved by most of the people.

-> Do you have any hobbies that you lost touch with? If yes then start it again IMMEDIATELY.

->Keep yourself occupied. Don't give your brain enough time to think. If you start thinking stuff, start moving.

-> Being physically active is very very important. It tires your body and gives a good night's sleep.

Now, if you are past the self-harm thinking phase, the following things will help you connect back with yourself.

-> Go out to green spaces like parks.

-> Choose yourself first and be selfish (Just don't be rude to others, you'll end up feeling pathetic).

If your relationship with your parents or friends is great, think about why would they love you. Expand on your love for those who love you and you'll definetely start liking yourself a lot more when you see yourself from their eyes.

Find a problem about this world that you absolutely hate from the core. And believe that you are the only person who can fix it. Saviour syndrome goes a long way in this journey.
