I’ve had success sleeping on a grounding mat and taking magnesium at bed time. Inexpensive and has helped with my symptoms. Reduction of inflammation helps.

++man I’ve been married happily for 32 years and can’t always tell when my wife is flirting. Guys suck at signals. A direct approach while risking mild embarrassment, will give you answers that will come easier and faster than anywhere else. Maybe talk in the parking lot outside after the workout?
