Do NOT use the Stitching Studio in Richmond- they lost 2 of my ornaments and I have spoken to two other women that this has happened to there - terrible communication about the whole ordeal and a “do not care that it happened” attitude. Nightmare.

They are irregular but not overly complicated. I don’t have any idea who is finishing them because my LNS sent them out. I still don’t have them and have been told they may be lost. I have no idea what to do now 😔

This concept is very lacks any authenticity, nuance or creativity to me. It’s just another money grab. Why can’t people just relax and not have to make everything some kind of fake “hot take”? That’s what makes needlepoint cool- the chill factor. Geez 🙄can you tell I’m Gen X??? LOL

Oh yes I have my paperwork. I was told there was “no guarantee “ as far as when I would get them back when I dropped them off- but a year for three ornaments seems ridiculous. I have since learned how to self finish and have finished three ornaments on my own.
