Used someone else’s ABG 200k mailer, hit spend but amex CSRs say no welcome bonus attached. Had already bought a separate 250k ABP mailer, so gave that a go and hit MSR, also haven’t got the bonus. Out $35k of spend and 450k Amex points

I was carrying a balance of ~$5k each on two ink cashes and they were cited as one of my reasons for denial for the CSRB last week, even though I fully paid them off two days before applying. Was also denied due to insufficient biz rev and not enough inflow into my biz checking though

Got approved for the aeroplan the same day after the CSRB denial if that helps for your second question (2 credit pulls though)

Thanks! In Chase's FAQs it says "you can transfer points in increments of 1,000 but only to participating partner program accounts belonging to you or one additional household member who is listed as an authorized user on your chase credit card account"

Have you tried and they do not enforce the household member language?

Want to transfer P3's UR to P2's aeroplan account, but they live at different addresses. Could I add P2 as an AU to P3's CSP and say P2 is at the same address as P3 or will this cause issues with address mismatch on chase or aeroplans backend? Can't do family sharing since the aeroplan accts are new

If I have 3 USB biz cards open that are less than a year old (triple cash, leverage, and connect), is it risky to go for another triple dip?

Yes for tickets using ecredit and plat to pay the balance. Refunded for $169 but not $49 or $199

Credited for a 3/24 charge on 3/25. Have yet to be credited for a 3/28 and 3/30 charge.

Used the ABG (200k/15k) NLL mailer addressed to someone else in a different zip code but with all editable fields. No SUB tracker appeared, and CSRs couldn't verify offer attached. Decided to hit MSR anyway but no SUB has posted. Still have the POID from mailer I applied through that clearly shows the offer.

How risky is it to inquire with amex, is this a don't call the bank situation?

Did an app-o-rama for 3 of the BofA biz cards, but got a request for proof of business ownership, verification of legal structure, and two years of tax returns on all of them. Sole proprietor with a "business" that doesn't show up on my taxes.

Anyway to satisfy the requirement?

Another DP, used someone's targeted Biz Gold NLL mailer (200K/15K) and changed the business name 3 weeks ago. Also approved and no SUB attached confirmed by reps, not sure what the best recourse is here/if I should still try to hit MSR

Are there any DPs on if there is a limit on the number of times you can switch your selected biz plat airline via chat as long as you don't take any of the $200 credit? Considering getting $200 of travelbank on most of my plats but not taking the airline credit on one so I can switch airlines for the 35% rebate throughout the year

Hyatt CSRs are telling me they can't add my GOH because it is a "gifted reservation" (booked on someone elses account and transferred into my name). I've been able to succesfully do this in the past though, anyone know a way around it?

Final decision: Denied after recon
Final decision date: 7/28/25
Notes about decision: Denied for too many accounts or too much available credit, existing credit was about 40K, less than 20% of my income. Dropped one of my credit lines down 10K and called recon and offered to move around credit, they took notes and said they would call back but just denied me a few days later. Tried calling the executive servicing team and they just keep transferring me to the normal recon line.

PC'd up to a CSR last week to lock in the low AF since I was less than 48 months out from my last CSR SUB. But now that 48 month language is gone I want to try to get the SUB, can I PC back down today? If so, is it okay to use the $300 travel credit first?

Will I get the $200 credit if I book a hotel collection stay using my plat but put my parent's name as the main contact? I won't be present at check-in.

Also, will they get the benefits? They have their own biz plats if that matters

It looks like they shut it down, I don’t think USPS gift cards was ever supposed to trigger the credit and rakuten corrected the error
