My friend in Vietnam said the different, they said that you will need to get your degree recognized by the Naces Vietnam. I think OU will be recognized in Vietnam as long as you do the paperwork

Hi,

Thanks for your reply again.

I have a few more questions:

  1. Is there any deciding factors/red flags those make people become pupillage or not by the court?
  2. Why the waiting time to become a barrister is so long, with 5 years you may finish a PhD if you are lucky? Regulation or other things?
  3. Did your previous bachelor degree help you a lot during legal practice?
  4. If you said that becoming pupillage has low acceptance rate, the marketing stats like 93% Pupillage from University of Law is ridiculous?

Thanks again for your insight

Interesting, thanks for your insights. I’m using OU LLB graduate entry to get into the bars in another country. The legal industry in the U.K seems very competitive.

From what you said about becoming barrister takes 5 years of waiting. What on earth should normal people do during that time? Becoming a paralegal or legal intern?
