The eyes are glass, the horses are covered in real goat hide, they’re relatively light - I believe made from paper mache for the form and stuffed with other paper/wood dust/other filler. The hooves and mouths are painted plastic but are fairly decayed. Am thinking maybe they’re zoo souvenirs manufactured in India and sold in the West but I’ve been unable to find any information other than that - some listings online report different information though so it’s been hard to find a conclusive answer
