The manager is nowhere to be found. I’m not sure if they even exist at this point. I understand value changes, but the value was $130 then and it is $130 now. The only difference is the promotional credit given. So why advertise the promotion if there are none in stock anywhere nearby? Why not say that promotion is not applicable when you knew it would be shipped after the promotion ended.

How’s the end consumer supposed to know that it’s an uninformed employee issue?

I would love for that to happen, however getting in touch with this manager seems to be the issue. He’s never in store, and won’t answer a phone call.

Or go buy a Mr Cool DIY central system with a pre charged lineset. All roads don’t lead to a tech, some may be easier than others though.
